Firstly I would say I am so glad I had Palms  A/c company replace my old system with a brand new 16kw Mitsubishi system,  James put a smile on my face, the price was right and the service was 5 star,  a big job no damage to property and nothing to clean up. James and Jake thank you. I’m not one for writing stuff like this I’m old but these boys have character and ethics,  sadly lacking these days. James travelled all the way up to Northern NSW because we trust no one else but him. The install went smoothly and in a timely manner. We are so happy to have air conditioning.
